About the new PuppetSprite theme

Let's do it with html5, and fluid widths, or rather, scaling, adapting widths so that its appearance is acceptable in different browsers, on different devices, at different resolutions, as per: http://www.smashingmagazine.com/2011/01/12/guidelines-for-responsive-web-design/ Lets also add a neato canvas element with some animation of the puppetsprite clouds, just to demonstrate that that is something that we know how to do well.
